You are invited to speak at Mfg4 2016 presented by SME, leaders in event development, management and production.
SME offers Mfg4, an event for industry, developed by industry, with an emphasis on industry-specific solutions with attention to cross-collaboration. Mfg4 addresses the needs of growth industries and brings them together to integrate and solve production problems.
If you have expertise that addresses the needs of the aerospace, defense (including arms) or medical industries, you’re invited to submit an application for consideration.
Your topic should address one or more of the technology areas listed below that correspond to the technologies represented on the event floor:
Additive Manufacturing/3D Printing
Finishing & Coatings
Precision Machining & Tooling
Quality Measurement & Inspection, Software & Design
Members of the Conference Advisory Committee evaluate all proposed abstracts based on the following criteria: overall quality, relevance to the industry, well-defined focus within the program structure, practical applications of material, timeliness of the topic, and speaker qualifications. Examples of how your topic crosses over between at least two of the event industry focus areas [aerospace, defense (including arms) or medical device] are required.
To be considered as a speaker, your program must be educational in nature — sales presentations will not be accepted. The final program selections and notifications will be made four months prior to the event. You will be notified by email if your presentation is selected.
As a selected speaker, you will receive complimentary event registration. Presenting at this event is considered voluntary without compensation for speaking or travel. Your presentation will take place in the INTERSECTION located on the show floor. These presentations are open to all event participants.
You will have approximately 20 minutes to deliver your presentation including a brief session for question and answer. Below is the suggested format for your presentation:
